The room is a very short walk from the main high street as well as to the sea front. There's a tram stop nearby for connections on to other places and a short walk to the train station.

Breakfast was good. I am not sure what was particularly American about it, but the selection of hot and cold items was very good and the quality was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The room is not sound proofed but the hotel does supply complimentary earplugs in the room along with the usual tea and coffee facilities. For me, it wasn't an issue and I did not need to use the earplugs.

Friendliest staff we met all trip. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Super convenient location. Just a short walk to the beach, train station, and tram lines. Free bag storage after check-out for if you have a late train/flight. Shower pressure and hot water supply was excellent.

The location was really great - close to the old town and promenade but not so close that the noise would bother. Literally everything was within walking distance for us. There are 2 rather large shops for Southern Europe very close and the perfect fresh breakfast cafe (La popote d'Ondine Blacas). The price was really affordable when thinking about high season prices in Nice. The staff was helpful.

Location is absolutely excellent, a short safe walk into old town and the beach. Room was cleaned and towels refreshed daily. Will stay here again on future trips to Nice. Check hotel rates on their own website before using booking dot com… wish we had…

Breakfast was great, location very convenient, only 3-5 minutes away from direct train line to Nice Airport (from Terminal 2 -to Durandy (to Port Lympia direction))- you are at the heart of the city and you don't need any transport once you get the hotel. And the staff were very helpful, the lady at the breakfast room soo lovely and at the reception. Thank you so much.

Lovely staff. Upgraded our room as well. Size of the room was great, and for the value I couldn’t complain at all. Location was great, a 8 min walk from Old Town, but also there was loads of stuff around the hotel.

Friendly staff, excellent location and the small touches in the room like complimentary water, can of Coke, ear buds, coffee and crisps. It’s the little things that go a long way.

Near the trams stations as 1 as 2 and city center and promenade are near. The light breakfast with ham, cheese and coffee with cakes.
